- As a CAREGIVER can I use your service? Yes, Please contact us for more information.
- How much can I purchase at one time? Patients and caregivers are allowed to purchase up to ONE OUNCE per delivery (1 ounce via courier). If your needs are greater than one ounce you can call us back to arrange for a future delivery.
- I have extra medicine, can I donate it to the collective? Yes, valid Prop. 215 patients who have become valid members of GCCC may donate their extra medicine to the collective and receive reimbursement for their fair time and materials to produce the medicine. Contact us for more information.
Delivery Procedures:
In Person Deliveries (San Francisco to San Carlos Only):
- We deliver Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 PM.
- Please place your order at least one day before your desired delivery date.
- We do offer same day delivery, based on our availability, for a small extra fee.
- The validated member who places the order must be the member who receives the order.
- The member must show a valid California ID at the door.
- There must be no use of cell phones or other electronic communication at the door.
- The member receiving the order may inspect (look and smell) the medicine, but may not handle it (like a pizza delivery).
- Our driver will call you as he/she approaches your location. Please be at the door and ready to receive your delivery.
- All payments are cash only, exact change requested. Money orders are appreciated. Payments are accepted via Pay Pal, for an small additional processing fee.
Delivery by Discrete Courier (Almost Anywhere within California):
- We now offer two - three day delivery by discrete courier to almost any city or town in California.
- Payment is accepted via paypal or money order.
- Next day delivery (Monday - Saturday) is available for a small additional fee.
Delivery Policies:
- No use of slang when referring to the medicine, collective or our services.
- No diversion of medicine for any reason at any time.
- Our delivery drivers reserve the right to refuse, cancel or not complete a delivery for any reason based on their own judgement.
- Please treat our drivers with respect.
- Our drivers do not enter buildings, homes or other structures.
- No returns or refunds can be given. However we will do whatever we can to make our members happy. Call us and give us the opportunity to make it right.
