If you would like to obtain or donate medicine to the collective, you must:

Become a member of our collective by emailing or faxing a copy of your doctor’s recommendation, along with a copy of your CA PHOTO ID (drivers license) to (members@goldcountrycc.com ) or send it by FAX to (415-367-2491) so that we may verify it and then make you a Gold Country Compassionate Collective member. There is no fee for membership.

2. Print, fill out and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (click here to download), and fax or email this to us (along with your doctor's recommendation and CA PHOTO ID). This serves as the Terms of Agreement for the membership. Be sure to include your phone number so that we may call you back to let you know you are validated!

3. Receive a confirmation from our staff that you have been validated (usually the same day).

Once you are validated, you may contact us to request medicine for delivery.
